Getting rid of headache, nose blockage and sneezes without medicine
Do you have a headache or your nose gets blocked or you have sneezes in the morning more than 15 at a stretch, have pains under your cheeks near your nose due to sinusitis. Here’s a remedy to it which you can give a try for about 10 days without any medicine. If your blockage improves you will be benefitted so why not give a try.
Coming straight to the point without wasting any time
The following is to be done daily for 10 days in the morning
1 Sit with crossed legs, inhale while raising both your arms straight up in a vertical position with palms facing the front
2 Bring both the hands closing the palms simultaneously down with a jerk and exhaling the air out of your nostrils only. If you do it correctly you will feel a jerk on your shoulders and inside the head.
3 Again go up and repeat for 20 times
4 Take rest for some seconds till your breathe is comfortable
5 Do it again for 20 times similarly
6 Again rest for few seconds
7 Again repeat the same 20 times
8 This process is also called Bhastrika
9 Next sit erect with crossed legs on ground or bed with hands on your knees
10 Inhale in to the full to fill in your chest with fresh air and exhale out to the full to take out all the air off your lungs with only nostrils. The mouth should be shut. Do it slowly 20 times
11 Do the same procedure but with slightly more (Medium) speed for 40 times this time
12 Do the same with full speed for 40 times. This 20+40+40=100 is one cycle
13 Do three similar cycles
14 Thats it! Your exercise for the day for your headache and nose blockage is over
