Narula’s Non Tanic Acid Tea R002
You generally take tea which has tanic acid in it. Here is how to make a non tanic acid and a tasty tea which is good for your health.
Material required for two cups of tea
· Two and a half cups of water
· Two tea spoonful of tea leaves
· Ginger about 5gms
· Clove two pieces
· Ajwain(Carom seeds) two pints
· One and a half teaspoon of sugar
· Saunf(Aniseeds) 5 gms
· Pepper two seeds
· Milk about one fifth of a cup or as required
Method of preparation;
· Grind the ginger, saunf, ajwain, pepper seeds and cloves in a mortar pestle so that they are able to mix well
· Place two and a half cups of water in the utensil to boil along with the sugar
· Pour the grinded material into it and let it boil for 5 minutes
· Pour milk into it
· When the froth starts rising slow down the gas
· Put the tea leaves into it and blow the gas to its full
· As soon as the froth reaches the top of the utensil switch off the gas. The gas should be switched off before the froth settles down at the liquid level this prevents tanic acid formation. Stir the liquid to ensure colour of tea is mixed thoroughly. You can mix a pinch of salt if you so desire to clear your throat.
· Pour the tea into the cups and serve hot.
